Shipping Costs

Production & Delivery Time
Each product is individually printed for you only after you place your order. The stated delivery time includes both production and shipping time. During peak periods (e.g. around public holidays or periods of particularly high demand), delivery times may be slightly longer — we will inform you in this case.

Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing or manufacturing defect, please send us a photo by email to alipodgermany@gmail.com within 14 days. A return is not necessary in this case — we will arrange a replacement or refund directly.

Cancellation
For a regular cancellation without giving any reason, our statutory 14-day right of cancellation applies. We bear the costs of returning the goods.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to clarify further delivery or a refund.
